Biography

Medha holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Penn State Harrisburg, where her work focused on applying technology to enhance social science research. She began her career in engineering and defense R&D in India during her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with research centered on technical innovation.

At Penn State Harrisburg, Medha joined the Institute of State and Regional Affairs, where she became interested in research that connects data, policy, and community outcomes. She has since contributed to several public-sector and academic projects involving data management, qualitative analysis, and policy reporting for state agencies.

Through this experience, Medha has developed a strong interest in the intersection of data, technology, and public policy, with a focus on creating structured, transparent, and impactful research systems. She is committed to advancing data-driven approaches that strengthen research effectiveness and inform evidence-based decision-making.
