As the inaugural Director of Industry Relations, I bridge the cutting-edge research and innovation within the Prevention Research Center and the Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative with industry partners who value and can benefit from our work. By connecting industry partners with our Penn State researchers, we accelerate the pace of innovation and enhance the translation of scientific discoveries into practical, real-world applications. We also leverage communication innovations developed with Success With Honor and The SPARC Foundation to offer our industry partners added value in their collaboration with us, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

I have held impactful leadership positions throughout my career, including serving as the Executive Director of the SPARC Foundation, Success With Honor NIL Collective, and CEO of Greenway Logistics LLC and North Star Express.  Additionally, I founded Live It, Inc., where I developed a digital platform designed to foster personal and professional growth through reflection and mentoring. In 2010, I created Surge Business Development, where more than 500 Penn State students over 14 years developed their teamwork and transferrable skills while supporting small businesses, non-profits, and start-ups.
