Biography
Sarah is an experienced public health professional with a background in health education as well as program planning and implementation. Sarah brings a forward-thinking and upstream focus to her role as Research Project Manager with the Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative, where she oversees and manages projects from conception to conclusion. Her most recent work involves collaborating with stakeholders in local and state government agencies as well as academia within and outside of Penn State. Sarah has experience with managing program evaluation efforts including Behavioral Health Transformation waivers as well as cost-benefit analysis utilizing the Results First Cost Benefit Model.
Previously, Sarah has worked in health and wellness positions at Penn State as part of the University’s COVID response effort as well as with local health systems and county government.
Sarah has a B.S. in Biology from Shippensburg University and an M.P.H. in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Sarah has interests in prevention science, health education, health communication, and health disparities.
